While working for the British Foreign Service and stationed at the United Kingdom Mission at the UN in New York, Jacqueline met her future husband while visiting The Hamptons on a sightseeing weekend trip. The couple eventually married and settled down to raise a family in the home built by her husband in Water Mill. With over 25 years experience as a real estate broker, Jacqueline brings a unique perspective to the real estate business. With a cosmopolitan understanding of the market and what people are looking for, Jacqueline provides the best perspective and knowledge in The Hamptons real estate market.

A local native of the East End’s beach-front lifestyle, Eric Lorito returned to Southampton to join The Morley Group in 2010. Previously, he attended Southampton High School and in the summers fine-tuned the skill of working with elite clientele as a caddie at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. After studying economics at the University of Richmond, Eric began his Real Estate & Property Management career in NYC overseeing an exclusive portfolio of 43 Residential and Commercial properties.
Eric has since brought this experience to Morley Property Management as Operations Manager and The Morley Agency Real Estate Office as Associate Broker to offer clients and customers diverse and exceptional service.
Ann has spent her entire career in customer service so her specialty is her client. She takes great pride in concentrating on you and your needs; she listens and then goes into action to find you the perfect home whether it be a sale or a rental. Licensed in 1995 and a life-long local resident of Southampton, Ann has witnessed many changes that have occurred in Southampton Village and it’s neighboring towns. She provides her clients with both local knowledge as well as history of many local homes.
riginally from Westchester County, Suzanne began her real estate career in 1988, Park Slope, Brooklyn selling co-op apartments and brownstones. After a career in public relations and special events planning, Suzanne and her husband relocated to Southampton in 2000 and built their new home. Their daughter was born five years later and currently attends Southampton Elementary School.

Began managing commercial properties in 1990 and formed Morley Property Management in 1999 to expand the property management business through an acquisition of a residential property management company. President of Morley Property Management Inc. A director of Hamptons State Bank since 1997.
Morley’s focus is on commercial real estate and property management. In the Village of Southampton Morley manages 13 Commercial properties with over 40 retail tenants and 10 office tenants.
